• VA hospital renovation environments involving regulated scopes and active-facility coordination

• Asbestos abatement and hazardous-material related project scopes requiring controlled sequencing and documentation

• Building demolition management including multi-structure planning, contractor oversight, and site-readiness coordination

• Military installation support involving asbestos survey reporting, facility documentation, and compliance-sensitive environments

• Engagement of qualified third-party engineering firms, including Kimley-Horn, for erosion and sediment control plans, technical site documentation, and permitting support where required

• Pre-construction planning, subcontractor alignment, schedule management, and execution monitoring

Representative Proposal & Teaming Experience

Leadership representatives participated in proposal preparation and teaming coordination associated with a Pennsylvania Department of General Services (DGS) opportunity in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania involving the William Penn High School property.

The initiative contemplated acquisition, redevelopment, and repositioning of the site through a multi-entity team structure.

Representative planning components included:

• Site redevelopment strategy and phased reuse planning

• Asbestos abatement and environmental scope preparation

• Retrofit office planning for relocation of multiple agencies and users
